Refund Policy

Ruben Hernandez wants you to be confident in your Atlas subscription. This Refund Policy describes when and how you can get a refund. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. 14-Day Refund Window (New Subscriptions)

If you purchase Atlas Pro (monthly or annual) for the first time and you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge. No questions asked.

2. Annual Renewals

For annual plan renewals, we offer a pro-rated refund of unused months if you request it within 14 days of the renewal charge and you have used less than reasonable monthly equivalent of the new term. After 14 days, annual renewals are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent further renewals.

3. Monthly Renewals

Monthly renewal charges are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@atlas-app.io from the email address on your account. Include the date of purchase and the reason (optional, but helps us improve). Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days by our payment processor, Paddle.com Market Limited, back to the original payment method.

5. Exceptions

  • Refunds may be denied where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Free-tier accounts have no charges and therefore no refunds.
  • Taxes collected by Paddle on your behalf are refunded together with the corresponding subscription charge.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right to refund or cancellation you may have under your local consumer protection laws, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal.
