How to cancel Hulu

Step 1 — Sign in at hulu.com/account

Use the email Hulu emails receipts to. On mobile, tap your profile icon → Account.

Step 2 — Choose Cancel or Pause

Scroll to Your Subscription. Click Cancel to fully end the subscription, or Pause to freeze billing for up to 12 weeks (no charge during the pause).

Step 3 — Click through retention

Hulu shows 2 offer screens. The cancel button is the smaller, plainer link below the offers. Confirm.

Step 4 — If you're on the Disney Bundle

Hulu cancellation alone leaves Disney+ and ESPN+ active. To kill the whole bundle, go to disneyplus.com/account and cancel from there.
